Electric under floor heating is known for its ability to evenly distribute heat across a room creating a consistent warmth- even in larger rooms and is the best solution for heating your residential or commercial space without taking up any additional room. In addition to enabling a reliable and consistent heat which feels great every time you walk in, heating your home or office from under your flooring removes the need for bulky wall units or ceiling vents and has the potential to reduce your heating costs. With fully programmable thermostats allowing you to “set and forget”, under floor heating is convenient, silent, child-safe, dust free and requires no maintenance.

Services include:
Electric under tile Heating provides a warm floor, allowing you to walk on your tiles barefoot even on the coldest days. A heating mat is installed on top of the Screed bed and tiles are laid directly on top. This heats the tiles and allows heat to rise, providing a comfortable, even warmth throughout the room. This option is popular in areas where in screed cabling is not practical and is often selected for its quick heating response time.
A versatile solution for renovating, where you need to lay heating over an existing slab, in screed heating is cost effective and a practical solution in both wet and dry areas. Heating wires are embedded in a layer of sand and gravel (screed) creating a smooth surface over flooring such as tile, granite or stone can be laid. Heat emanates through the screed , dispersing a consistent heat throughout the room. The heating response time is approximately 60 minutes.
In-slab heating is ideal for new builds. Heavy duty, flexible heating wires are laid within the concreate slab when it is poured, generally 35-50mm below the finished floor covering which is then laid on top. The heat generated warms the concrete slab which gradually transfers the heat into the floor covering, allowing it to radiate throughout the room. This option is recommended for use during off-peak energy times as the slab will store and slowly disperse the heat.
